		Enroll in this program in 4 simple steps!

	1.	Walk in at any DirectD's outlet from 1 November 2023 until 30 November 2023.

	2.	Purchase an iPhone 15 or iPhone 15 Plus using eligible payment method and you will automatically enroll to this program.

	3.	Enjoy your iPhone 15 or iPhone 15 Plus and within 30 days you have the option to return the iPhone.

	4.	In case you opt for a return, within 30 days of the purchase date, simply walk in to any DirectD's outlet with receipt, iPhone and its full packaging. Our staff will check the condition of the iPhone and other requirements. If you're eligible, you will be given in-store credits in full iPhone price for the next purchase.

		Terms and conditions
	1.	This program is valid for 30 days from 1st November until 30th November 2023.

	2.	It is valid for every purchase of the new iPhone 15 & iPhone 15 Plus only.

	3.	Customers can opt to return the new iPhone within the 30 days period as long as they fulfil the requirements:
		The device to be returned is in complete packaging. It has no physical damage / crack on the screen or body. It can be powered on and function properly. No sign of physical abuse / improper handling of the device. The original invoice / e-invoice must be provided by the customers.

	4.	Refunds will be given in the form of store credit, that is valid for 1 year from the issue date.

	5.	100% refund for phone only, not included accessories and extended warranty.

	6.	Store credit can only be used for one-time purchase only. Remaining balance of the store credit will cease and cannot be carried forward.

	7.	For customers who used instalment plan, the amount of interest charged will be based on the respective banks as shown below:
		Up to 48 months instalment: Standard Chartered. Up to 36 months instalment: HSBC, BSN. Up to 24 months instalment: Affin Bank, AmBank, American Express, Citi Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank, OCBC Bank, RHB Bank, UOB. Up to 12 months instalment: Public Bank, Bank Rakyat, Aeon Credit.

	8.	In the case of trade in, customer would need to pay the remaining cost of the iPhone if the traded phone's value is below the iPhone's price (eg: iPhone's Price = RM4999, traded-phone value = RM1000, customer would need to pay the remaining RM3999).

	9.	The old device would be DirectD's possession once the trade-in is successful.

	10.	If the customer asks for a refund and returns the iPhone, the customer has no right to get the old device back. If it is still available, customers can decide to buy it back at DirectD's stated price.

	11.	By purchasing the new iPhone 15 series, customers are automatically eligible and agree to this program and its terms and conditions.

	12.	DirectD reserves the right to, at any time, change, amend, delete or add to these terms and conditions, rules and regulations including the mechanism of this program at our absolute discretion without any prior notice.
